Directions: The Puget Sound Yacht Club is in the Wallingford neighborhood, adjacent to the University District and the University of Washington, close to I-5.
By car from I-5: Take Exit 169 toward NE 45th St. Go west onto 45th (left from I-5 northbound, or right from I-5 southbound). At the traffic light at Meridian, go left, or south, and drive all the way down the hill until the road ends in a T ; at N. Northlake Way, facing Gas Works Park. Turn left, or east, onto N. Northlake Way, and drive until you come to Puget Sound Yacht Club on your right, on the water. Park across the street, which has plenty of free unlimited street parking.
By bus: The MT-26 Bus stops at Wallingford Ave & N 35th St, less than a half-mile away. The MT-31, MT-46, and MT- 74 buses stop at N 40th St & Sunnyside Ave N and N 40th St & Corliss Ave N, each a half-mile away.

Ann McBroom has been a dispute resolution professional since 1989. She has extensive experience providing guidance in highly complex and highly polarized conflict situations. She currently serves as an assistant manager and mediator for the King County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, a program which provides a range of dispute resolution services for Metro King County, and mediation services to more than 30 unions and government agencies in Western Washington through its shared neutrals program, the InterLocal Conflict Resolution group. Ms. McBroom draws on a variety of conflict resolution methodologies to help individuals and groups find resolution to difficult problems.n/a
