Ann McBroom has been a dispute resolution professional since 1989. She has extensive experience providing guidance in highly complex and highly polarized conflict situations. She currently serves as an assistant manager and mediator for the King County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, a program which provides a range of dispute resolution services for Metro King County, and mediation services to more than 30 unions and government agencies in Western Washington through its shared neutrals program, the InterLocal Conflict Resolution group. Ms. McBroom draws on a variety of conflict resolution methodologies to help individuals and groups find resolution to difficult problems.
